Aervator Overview

With our Aervator, soil compaction is quickly relieved, allowing water, air, and nutrients to reach the plant’s root zone. By promoting the development and activity of aerobic bacteria, the soil’s quality is enhanced, and the amount of nutrients available to plants is increased.

Heavy-Duty Construction

The GH Series Aervator features heavy-duty over-spec steel frames made of Australian steel, ensuring durability and longevity even under the most demanding field conditions.

Multi-Gang System

Equipped with a multi-gang system, the GH Series Aervator effectively perforates the soil with each pass, promoting better water infiltration and nutrient absorption, which leads to healthier crops and increased yields. Dual-row (MAXI) configuration available, with each row of gangs being individually adjustable.

Adjustable Aeration Settings

You can control the aggression of the tines by selecting one of five operational modes. The 0 offset is used to aerate, while the 10 offset maximizes the shattering effect of the tine as it passes through the soil, resulting in light cultivation

Large Rotor Bearings

Equipped with large rotor bearings, the GH Series Aervator ensures smooth and efficient operation. These bearings are designed to withstand heavy loads and provide long-lasting performance.

Maximize the effect of fertiliser

Paddocks treated with an Aervator make the most of every drop of rain, with tine-created channels helping water soak deep into the soil rather than running off. These channels also boost the effectiveness of fertilisers, lime and manure by improving incorporation and reducing loss - maximising their impact where it matters most.

2-Pack PPG Painted Finish

High-quality painted finish provides protection against rust and corrosion, ensuring long-term durability. Each machine is sandblasted, then primed before painting for maximum adhesion and lasting performance.
