SiloGrain Zero Energy

Silograin Zero Energy, an interesting solution for storing dry grains. This machine stores the grain in, 9 foot diameter polythylene bags, with a capacity of 200 tonnes. This technique was developed in Argentina by Martínez y Staneck.
The system lets silos to be evacuated completely to increase their capacity and operativeness. It also allows storage in the field and to differentiate the production by quality. One of its most important features is its great operative capacity which is solely dependant on the cereal discharge into the machine.

(1) It doesn´t use a tractor or any kind of energy,
( Zero Energy).
(2) Reduce costs and tractor wear.
(3) Since the Silograin Energy Zero has no auger, it improves the bagging quality.
(4) The distribution of the grain inside the silobag is totally natural, only by gravity, making an even filling of the silobag.
(5) Increase the efficiency of the silobag filling..

(6) The grain runs by its own weight, without receiveing any type of pressure, minimmizing the risk of mechanical damage, allowing the bagging of special seeds such as corn, red bean or dry soyabean for seeding.
(7) It provides better conservation of the grain since the even filling reduces the air space inside the silo bag.
(8) Exclusive system for installing the plastic silobags.
(9) Working capacity at continuous flow.
(10) Hydraulic brakes by disc with individual pump and pressure regulator in each wheel.
