Fransgard a First at Elmore

A HIGHLIGHT of the first day of the 45th annual Elmore Field Days was the demonstration area where the Fransgard TI 6000 FL front-end twin rotor rake was exhibited.

This was the first time the TI 6000 FL had been demonstrated in Australia and the crowd of about 150 onlookers was keen to see the performance of this unusual machine.

It's unusual because it’s a conventional design twin rotor hay rake but it mounts on most front-end loaders.

That means two windrows can be raked into one in front of the tractor and then baled behind the tractor in one pass.
